How my Instant Pot is just like our Skincare

The hot ticket item on all Christmas gift lists was the newest 9 in 1 Instant Pot. Was it on your list?

Well, it was on mine and let me tell you, I traveled to 4 stores to finally get one. It may seem crazy to some, and I'll be honest I was skeptical at first, asking myself what can this machine do that the other dozen appliances in my kitchen can't do?! But, once my husband and I tried it we were hooked!

I was personally amazed by how efficient it was - what I mean is that you can literally do all the cooking in one pot.  And, even better, the dinner was delicious too!  If you're like me, always busy, this really was a wonderful combination of efficiency and simplicity.  (By the way, if you're interested in the recipe we tried, it's linked at the bottom!)

So you may be asking, what does this have to do with skincare?

Just like the Instant Pot's 9 in 1 functions, glycolic acid has many uses too (one for reducing acne, one for smoothing aging lines, and one for brightening the skin, just to name a few).

Glycolic acid does it all!

How do we know this is true?  Because it's been a go-to for dermatologists for decades as a treatment for a number of stubborn skin concerns.  And just like pressing one button on your pressure cooker and watching dinner cook (almost) instantly, all it takes is one quick application of glycolic and your skin will immediately start the cell turnover process (i.e., look clearer and brighter).

In less than twenty minutes, you can have both a delicious meal and vibrant-looking skin. I encourage you to try it for yourself!

Here is a simple routine (or recipe) to start:

Morning: Wash with pH Balanced Cleanser and moisturize with Facial Enhancement Cream.

Evening: Apply Ultra Anti-Aging Cream (great for fine lines or skin pigmentation) or Glycolic Peel Cleansing Pads (great for acne).

So, with all that time saved with your Instant Pot and your glycolic acid skin routine, you'll have time to spend practicing that new hobby or reading that new book.  What else will you start doing with your extra time?

Here is the Chicken recipe.
